i have tryed a few but they aren't what i'm looking for.

Best way is to write your own, from scratch.
Take some online tutorials (w3c website has plenty). Learn some basic languages and write your own. It only took me a week and I was building my own pages.

Don't use Geocities or Freewebs or anything like that, do it yourself. Code it yourself with coding like HTML or Javascript. Just search for it and it's really easy to learn. It takes a while longer but it'll be to your advantage.

I generally use http://www.angelfire.com. I've built several different websites with them and they suit my needs fine. There are multiple plans they provide, and one is free. I don't recommend using it for image hosting, however; I do, however, recommend http://photobucket.com for image hosting.
