I tried to find the answer to this but only found dog and cat charts. I did however come across something where someone said that the vet said that 1 bunny year = 10 human years.

Many people estimate it every 7 "dog years" for every 1 human year. But actually you can't exactly say. Animals usally age rapidaly when they are younger then slows as they get older.
