Doesn't matter to me. It'll be empty soon. I'm thirsty. And, if it's beer in there, you'd better check again. It's already empty.

Cheers!

I would call the waiter over and ask him if they ran out of water while he was filling my glass or was my glass not full because the restaurant didn't pay the water bill. So, mine is half-full.

If it was a glass of wine, then it would only be half full.....why they do that I'll never know. The glass certainly holds more, so why not fill it to the top I say.

I would say the glass was half empty then get up and fill it to the top.Wouldn't trust the waiter to not spit in it.

I would tell the waiter to either fill the glass to the rim or bring me another half empty one.

I would say it was half full unless I drank from the glass and knew for myself it was half empty. Why cry over spilled milk?

I would probably tell the waiter it was "only half full" and ask politely for him/her to fill it the rest of the way. No reason to get rude unless he/she refuses.

I would complain, because I ordered a full glass for a reason. Which was because I was thirsty.

Order your drink with no ice. Otherwise you will only get a half glass. Sometimes not even.
