Wash with glycerine soap and drink lots of water, most acne products state that they're for the face, but don't say if they can be used all over, ask a chemist if it will also work on your back.

The problem with the back is that it never ever gets washed / scrubbed properly. So it has built up old skin and dirt. The shower water running over it does'nt do the job.

You need to buy a "loofah" its a slightly abrasive sponge which will clean up you back, fast.

You wont believe how smooth and healthy your back will feel.

You can buy strap loofahs which allows you to scrub your own back. If you can't find one of those, get your significant other to scrub you hard.

Here's the site..

Use some Oxy body wash. To get some immediate relief, use a bit of toothpaste and leave it on for about 5 minutes. The mint will lift the bacteria out of your skin.

tanning by itself usually works, but try neutrogena medicated acne body wash, but try to leave it on you trouble area for at least a minute so it gives the medicine a chance to work

My brother's dermatologist reccommended brief tanning, pure glycerine soap (no colors or fragrances), and a special lotion for moisture. It cleared up really well, though it flares up occasionally. You should see a doctor for sure.
