butwhatdoiknow: I remember that photo of the Afghan girl. Yeah, her eyes are really striking. There was an episode of some National Geographic show on MSNBC a couple of years ago where they did a search for her. She's an adult now; she still lives in Afghanistan, and she is still recognizable, although her eyes don't have quite the same eerie glow as in the photo.

i think elizabeth taylor in the movie about a horse.."national velvet.." also i believe each of her eyes is a different color. one purple. or purple tint.. but she always had gorgeous eyes, she was only a young girl in that movie,

A girl I met some time ago but she was so pretty all around. She was blonde (real I could see) and a mixture of Caucasian and Asian features. She looked Chinese but she was white and her eyes were very slanted and very pale blue. Had she been dark she would have been Asian if you can understant what I am trying to say.
It was such a unusual combination. She was the most gorgeous thing I saw I think.
I asked her nationality : Russian.
Much much more striking even than that famous pic (above) because she was lightly tanned as well....

I'm from Jamaica and you don't really find alot of people with beautiful eyes down here, but i would have to say mine because i get compliments all most every day my eyes are hazel, there is a black dot in the middle and round it you have circles of brown orange and blue.

My nephew, his eyes are brown with a little green and what I love about them is they light up with anything new he learns or gets like a new word or when he is playing a game like toss and he catches the ball. I think any kid who still loves learning and life has that spark that lights up their eyes when they get something. It is the most amazing sight and maybe sparks a little hope within anyone who sees it.

A guy I was stationed with when I was in the Air Force. He was a black man and his eyes were steel gray. I used to kid with him about trading eyes. He would always say, "Take them."

Giraffes. I know they aren't people but they have the most beautiful, big, brow, doe eyes that are soft and warm with long lashes.

I know somebody very well. She has lovely dark brown eyes. They are HUGE! She looks so cute, although she dislikes being called cute. She has dimples on each side of her face.
