well it could be something on the mattress... why do you want to sleep without sheets?? first make sure everything is clean and that you do not have lice or anything like that.. there is a soap you can buy over the counter and also a spray to spray the mattress with,,,or get another mattress and put sheets on it...keep your bed and yourself as clean as you can...if that does not work you better go to the doctor.. usually if you have something like that it itches and you scratch a lot....but where does the sperm come in?? well if i were you i would try to change some of my habits and lifestyle....
