You are a lot less likely to have excess skin than an adult who has been overweight for decades. Exercise to keep skin moving and speed up circulation.

Being so young will work in your favor. Younger peoples' skin has a lot of elasticity so with exercise and proper diet it will pull back into place.

Older people who have less elasticity and lose a lot of weight will have to deal with the extra skin. If they were greatly overweight, many people have surgery to remove the extra skin.

Good luck on losing some pounds. You will gain so much that you'll wonder why you didn't do it before. You'll have a new confidence and more fun with your wardrobe - and you'll feel healthier too. Don't get discouraged if it takes longer than you expect.

No. Do it before you stop growing and you will have no problem.Incorperate a little exercise too, and you will keep a good figure for the rest of you life.I lost alot of weight at your age, now 36 and I had no flabby skin and never regained the weight.
I would also recommed you rub on a good vitamin e cream while loosing the weight, to prevent stretch marks apperaing.this does work.Good Luck.Do it now before it's too late.

The younger you are, the more elastic your skin is. So, if you loose weight, then the skin will just "shrink" to your new body size.
