is okinawantea bad for 12 year old girls?

like if a 12 year old wanted to lose weight and didnt know if it was a bad thing to use do you know if it has bad side effects?

not sure, but i would think not. is it a japanese tea, i see the word okinawa but i`m too sure of what you typed? if so it`s probably healthy more than anything, but eat a balanced diet as well.

No it doesn't have side affects.
