and you were the only compatible donor, would you be willing to lay down your life and donate your heart to them?

Hi! For my best "soul friend".....YES. He's the ONLY one, though. That is my serious and honest answer. A lot of people will say yes but if I had to, I'd lay myself down on the operating table right this moment, for 35557 and I think some would hesitate to do the same. Lenny IS part of MY soul! It would honor me greatly to be that much a part of him back.

I am a donor when it is my time!! But, that is long time from now. I would if I had an extra heart. I need mine to stay alive. I had a mild heart attack when I was only 45 and I am female, so I know the feeling of being close to laying my life down. And I know that there are other donors out there that would also be compatible.
Sorry, to lay out my story. But, anyone at any age, no matter if they are male or female, heart disease can happen to anyone.

They don't do heart transplants from living people. You would have to be a deceased donor. But, yes, I am an organ donor.

That would be a dilly of a pickle. To save my wife yup, but then she would have to be willing to let me die or give it back. That's a trip of a Q dude.

Yes I would for either of my two Nieces. I may be bias, but they are both so special. I would want them to survive and go on to do great things.

It would have to be a REALLY REALLY close family member or friend for me to do that. Most of my family is so screwed up, I wouldn't lend them 2 bucks if they asked me.

Sure would but you'd have to make sure whatever you did to die didn't cause any damage to the heart.
