It depends on if its a passionate kiss...If you've been with someone for a long time, and they are just kissing you good bye, its not a big deal anymore. But the reason for closing your eyes is to eliminate that sense, when you take away from your senses it adds to the other ones. So if you close your eyes, you feel it more. That's why people close their eyes when they kiss.
