No one, not even a doctor, can tell you what is wrong without examining you and maybe even running some tests. You need to make an appointment with your doctor asap as this is obviously not normal and needs medical attention.

if this is the only affected area , it probably is just a rash, just put a little rash cream on it, if not better in a few days , you have an systemic infection of some kind!

Could be anything from a simple fungus to an STD. The only and surest way is to go see a doctor ASAP. In the meantime, avoid sexual contact.

Hey, I think it is an STD. Something like herpes or something. But dont worry, unless you had unsafe sex, there is little chance of HIV. Other STDs are temporary. Do not panic. Always remember "PLAY SAFE". GO SEE A DOC TODAY.

I am sorry to tell you that you have syphilis. I know because my ex gave it to me and that is the only disease he has, and once in a while, this red bump would show. It hurts like crazy.

wow u probably have herpes/genital warts!!! u should go see a doctor and hope that u can get treated as soon as possible cuz it can lead to sumthing more and next time be protective!!!!

Herpes, Genital warts (papillo virus), or friction burn (not enough lubrication, yes it happens).
Go See a doctor and keep that thing away from any girls, or boys whatever your persuasion.
