abs and brake lights on while driving and go off when breaks are pressed. any ideas?

your brake light swith is bad, its attached to your brake paddle, costs about $7-$15 and take 3-10 minutes to put in usually no special tools needed

you could have some wires crossed or your abs sensor could have come out of place.

disconnect your battery , then reconnect , works for my car
