It is extremely itchy. what shoud i do other than itch it.

First off why is it itchy ? If hemorriods are the problem use witch hazel.....if bites use alchol pads to dry them out. If a rash from the heat try using a medicated powder like bonds gold.

You could be having a problem with your digestion..or maybe you are eating too much acidy stuff. But there are plenty of products you can use..check with the pharmacy for over the counter stuff. Even baby diaper rash ointments will help..even neosporin. This is a common problem.

I know this sounds gross and I do not mean to offend you with this question, but would you have worms? Itchy bum is a symptom. You can buy medication to get rid of worm in your local pharmacy over the counter

Apply some mild and softening lotion that might lessen the ithciness of your butt. I guess you do not wash your butt after the process of defecating, and this is why it gets itchy. Do not wear rough clothes which can help maintain this pain.
