Loan sharks are definitely the meanest shark of them all!!!
whether you're in the middle of the ocean or not, they will try to find you and zero in on you like a heat seeking missile if you awe them real $hit! LOL

Moray eel. Piranha live in rivers in the Amazon, not in the ocean, although they are the meanest fish.

Actually Piranhas are very shy and only attack you if they view you as a food source. As far as sharks go the one to fear the most is the bull sharks, They have a very high level of testosterone in them causing them to be very unpredictable and they also swim miles up rivers so you are not safe even if you are in a river. But due to their smaller size mostly no fatalities happen.

Barracudas. Anyone that's ever been scuba diving knows to watch out for these fish. They're not as big and bad as some of the sharks, but definitely aggressive.

individually I'd say bull shark. as a group Parana.
bull shark will just attack you for the hell of it. other sharks just mistake people for other creatures like seals.
