use your vacuum and make sure that the vent hose coming off the back of the dryer is metal and not plastic. The plastic ones which are not to code anymore can catch fire and burn when exposed to too much heat from the dryer. This will go for anyone who reads this answer. Please check and make sure that you have a metal vent and not plastic on your dryer. They are very simple to change and they don't cost very much at all. Lot less then your home or a loved ones life.

Take the back off (should be screws holding it on) & vacuum it all out. Visually check it for burn damage & you might want to have it looked at by a repairman - it should still be under warranty since it's new.

you"ll have to remove the drum from the cabinet & separate the shield from the back of the drum. If the shield isn't removable, bend a wire coat hanger to pull the lint out- you"ll have to remove the drum to do a proper job.
