I have already gotten some well thoughtout and reasonable advice. However they are almost all from women, since the situation inolves a guy I'd like to get you point of view as well.

I have read your situation over. Now, while this MIGHT become a serious issue later, you don't have the test results yet. As a man, what I would appreciate a woman doing, is to break the possibility to me gently, but also to indicate that you are having tests run.

No need to panic right now, or break up over an irreconcilable difficulty, until you have those results. But tell him of the possibility, and as to WHY you even think it's possibly of application to you.( Your question doesn't say why you are worried about this.)

You pointed out adoption as an option. It is, but some people, both male and female, consider that a "last resort", and would rather try to have "their own" biological offspring.

You sound like a very intelligent and sensitive woman, and your manfriend is very lucky to have you. I am sure you and he will work out the best course, and don't forget to pray for guidance. God helps.

Also, get as much medical and genetic info as possible, which you seem to have at least started doing as it is.
