Alright,
If I were you, I would begin to look at things differently. If you don't like the way something is, change it. If you can't change it change the way you think about it. You need to realize that things you knew are still there. In memories and in your own thoughts. Every action has a definite reaction. Sure its a law of science but you can put it into your own life and use it as a principal of life. It must be unclear what I mean to you. Realize that your depression is a chemical reaction in your brain and that you control your own life. No one can change your reactions to anything. No one can life your life for you. YOU change everything. So change the way you look at the life you are living and you may be happier.

Please do see a counselor/therapist very soon. Anyone in your situation would feel depressed and anxious. Grieving is a very difficult thing and even once we have accepted our losses, readjusting our lives to go on without what we have lost is a very painful challenge. There is hope and a process of healing available to you.

You really need to talk to a professional. This sounds like severe depression.

I recommend that you seek guidance.

Yes, you should talk to your doctor about it. This is very common.
