Ok so a friend of mine tells me the the other day how hes making a killing buying and selling cars. He says he found a nice location got the lisence and bond he needed, goes to dealer auctions bids, and pretty much sells the car at $500.00 to $1500.00 over what he paid. I tried to get more info on it be he was reluctant to say..He also added that he sells at lest two cars per week or more he started with really cheap end cars beaters if you will, But needless to say it has me thinking is this business he describs as good as he say's? $10.000.00 will get you started he says bla bla,

I guess my question is do any of you own such a small business and earn a well income by it? What are the auctions like? how is your turn over if you pay rent how much just things like that. Thank You Dray M.

the best thing to do is to buy a car a great price and try to resell it in the local paper or on eBay. See how you do. Don't just jump into it because your friend is doing well test the market yourself.

auctions are hard and you need money

Small car dealerships can be very profitable. The most important thing is to get a very car savvy person to go to the auction with you, because you want ot buy cars thatyou dony have to sink a lot of money into. another good way to make more money is to get cars under 100k miles and hook up with an extended warranty company and just collect collect collect.
