you aren't lowering your blood pressure, you are changing your response to a something. You can do this by consciously thinking about what goes through your mind when you feel like you are going to explode, and then change you reactions by changing what you think about in those moments. Although a better idea is to remove yourself from the situation until you are incontrol of yourself

try meditating.. Here is one technique.. imagine any of water or light or air.. for example u choose light,.. close ur eyes and imagine the light at the centre of ur forehead right between the eyebrows.. imagine the light passing thru each n every part of ur body one by one in order, including even the nail tips.. then let the light grow bigger and bigger till u r drowned out in the light and finally u r blinded by it.. and then let it fade away slowly.. as it fades away, a peaceful feeling will wash over ur mind and the entire body.. and u feel a lot more calmer...try it. it wokrs for me..
