I cannot recommend a specific school in the area that you are looking, but I can give you suggestions. Try performing an Internet search into the immersion schools of Latin and Central America. Some of them are really great. They not only include learning Spanish, but the culture of the area in which you reside and special field trips. Also try to plan to live in a hostel or other residence where most of the people that you live with are a.) learning Spanish or b.) only speak Spanish. You will learn faster this way.
