are you looking up the story, or the ghost story about the children moving you to safety if you park on the tracks?
The Accident happened in the later part of the 70's like 76.

san antonio library would have an archive of old newspapers.. if you knew the general time period you would know where to begin reading. they might even have the stories indexed on their local network telling you which microfiche to look on. good luck!
