I get from 20 to 150 bulk mail everyday. I have done every thing I can think of. but can't still can't stop them.

Use your Spam setting... set it to automatically delete. Which ever get through... mark as Spam. This may take a few days but they will stop or at least get less often.

Why don't you try blocking the address that is sending them to you? That is what i do every time I get bulk mail. Good Luck!

Wish I knew, they slowed down when I quit filling out any forms - contest & etc.. Still I stop at trash can on way back from mailbox & trash all bulk mail.

There is a form at the Post Office that you can fill out to stop getting junk mail.

Well you can change your email address and only give it out to your friends and family. I have two email addresses. One is for the websites that I like to go to i.e. uproar.com, target.com, etc. (because they may give out your email to other people) and one is for my friends and family. Also make sure that you spam filter is on and report anything that is coming to you that you don't want.
Sorry, when I first read your post I thought that you meant email. There's this website for a Mail preference list that you can add your name to that is sort of like the Do Not Call list for telemarketers but for mail.

sign on to ur mail server with ur net passport # & change the setting there, set the junk setting & make a contact list of who u want mail from. you can even check ur mail there all the time & never let any mail get to ur computer. good luck ( there's usally help near by)

Well I honostly don't know was coming in to see the answers to this because I have the same problem and hate checking my mail now because of it

You did not say what you email client was. Most email programs, including Yahoo Mail have good spam filters. But you cannot get rid of it, it is a fact of the WEB.
