I think you mean the html graphics that are sent to you via email?

This means...

When you get an email, but its in html text, then that means the person sent you an email thats in html.....a hypertext format that shows the email as a webpage instead of just plain text.

HTML graphics is sometimes blocked by your email client. It just means the graphics....like jpegs and gifs that might be included or displayed in the html that has been sent to you.

There are mail options to block them because some graphics might carry viruses since we have to download them to see the pictures that the sender is trying to send to you. If you block them and you get an html email message with graphics and pictures in them, then the email would look like a bunch of empty boxes with a red X in them.
