She gets a lawyer, divorces him, takes him for everything he has because he cheated on her, then she goes out and gets the education she desperately needs.

Leave him. It may hurt you now, but it will hurt a lot worse if you continue the relationship and possibly have children involved and it happens again.
People will only treat you the way you allow them to.. When you find the right person, he (nor you) will need anyone else..
