Please tell us this is a joke! At 95 lbs., you could stand to GAIN a few, not lose more than a pound a day! It's a stupid way to commit suicide, which is what a diet would be for you.

If you're 95 punds, it is impossible to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks.
If you weighed 300 pounds, I'd say it would be possible but tough, because the more you way, the more calories you bur ndoing normal things. Like, a 120 pound person walking around teh block might burn 20 calories. A person who weights 250 might burn 45, understand?

Anyway, to answer your question better, you need to burn 3,500 calories to lose a single pound of body fat.

95 lbs is skinny. You do not want to lose weight that fast. If you lose it that fast you will only gain it back faster. My suggestion eat healthy salads, plenty of fruits and veggies, yogurt is good for snack (fruit yogurt) And as my mom always says don't forget your protein you gotta have some meat sweetheart! Plus exersize and you'll be fine. I'm sure you look fine like you are.

P.S. And if someone is telling you that you need to lose weight they are the one with the problem!!

Aside from lipo-suction, there really is no healthy way to loose that amount of weight in such a short period of time. The best way to loose weight is plenty cardio and and a good diet. Stay far away from any pills that claim you can loose lots of weight in short amounts of time. These types of products usually speed up your heart rate or raise yoir body temp in an attempt to spped up your metabolism.

HON, why would you want to lose any weight? You are a very nice weight at your height..

Ya know God made us each unique and special in our own way. We must be true to WHO we are.. You should not WORRY about that.. The guy of your dreams is looking for you just like you are..

TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE.. Please reconsider this.. How can the man of your dreams find you if You aren`t who you are.. Just be your self, be honest and don`t worry about this..

Oh my gosh you want to lose weight from 95lbs?! You'd be 75lbs! Thats really not healthy! Stay the way you are. At 15 you are lucky to be under 100 lbs!

You don't need to lose weight at all. If you think you do, I would suggest speaking with your doctor and asking for a referral to a therapist to help with self-esteem issues. Good luck honey.

i dont think you dont need to lose it but if you want to ..i lost alot of weight by jogging with a garbage bag under my sweater...it makes you sweat more also eat 4 little meals a day .....remember just because it taste good doesn't mean you need alot of it and if your feeling hunger try drinking water with a little lemon in it it will take away your hunger craving

I don't advice it because you wouldn't like your look in 2 weeks if you did accomplish your goal there is a thing as looking to skinny. Be careful!!!!! Men like a well rounded woman not a stick figure.

If you lose 20 pounds you won't be healthy. You don't need to lose 20 pounds. Talk to your Dr.
