you take some fake hair, and glue it to your head.
yes people can usually recognise it. bald may be better looking than a wig.
try some rogain first.

A wig does not look like hair. It looks like a wig.
The best thing to wear if you are bald is sunglasses. For some reason this looks really cool.

why bother...you will be worried about it all the time. Too much energy wasted on such a small deal. Shave your head and leave it that way. You are making a big deal over nothing, and a wig will drive you nuts...always worried about wind, is it in place, does it show, what will they think of me....and on and on. Forget about it.

Comfortable, don´t think so, probably they feel very hot up.
If people recognizes them? I think they do.
how to use it? maybe they put some kind of glue to stick it.

ohh Its very comfortable. Kids just luv to run by me and knock it off. One time it got caught on an umbrella. I'm kiddin ha ha.

you may get spotted if you wear it, see if you can just get comfortable with having no hair.
