What shows up on someone elses phone if you send them a picture text message and they dont get picture texts?

Do they get a little message or anything at all on their cellphone? Like is there anyway to tell if they will recieve the picture or not?

just some litte thing that says error or the name of your pic

they will get a link to view the picture probably from a computer or something
