Car Sickness Issues...anybody got a solution?

When I ride in the car anywhere from noon till 5ish then in the evening, I get sick in my stomach and my head begins to pound. The sun or heat also affects it, but it happens all year round. Is there anything I can do help relieve the pain?

If it's just car sickness try Dramamine or ginger tablets. The combination has worked well for my husband. There is also Sea Band which is a wrist band that presses on a pulse point to get rid of motion sickness (Sea Band). It worked for my nephew.

I'm concerned that it may be something else though, since you get the headache with it. As far as I know, usually people just complain of nausea and vomitting with motion sickness.

What I do is solely concentrate to my iPod (now not loud), and speak to my carmates a million. Don't Stare out the home windows two.
