how can i see the language?

when somone types to me in the arabic language on my messenger i can see the arabic normal, but if i copy and paste it, it just shows me a lot of question marks ???????, how can i fix this so i can copy and paste the original typing?

Thats because you are not set to input in arabic. You need to go to control panel and then regional and language settings to change your input keyboard to input arabic. You can also download arabic character input and output at http://www.microsoft.com and look for arabic language downloads.
Go directly to http://www.microsoft.com/middleeast/arabicdev/Misc/Downloads.aspx and then download the arabic download that will let you install arabic input into your computer.

You need to go to CONTROL PANEL and then Regional/Language settings. Then go to Languages tab, then click on DETAIL and then you need to put in a keyboard input option for arabic.

It should work after that.
