my husband is getting cramps in his tongue?

he says he feels like his tongue is locking up on him and
causes a sudden pain. he is only 30 and is active(walks alot)...
does anyone know what can cause this?

increase intake of Calcium and Potassium ... Cramps usually happen when you are low on these minerals. but his tongue???? Call Jerry Springer, here it comes again.

He must drink vitamins and see a doctor!

increase his salt, that should help.
