baby squirrels are a lot of work, call a wildlife rescue or rehabilitation center and let them do it so he can be released back into the wild and properly cared for. it seems like a good idea to raise it yourself but it is better for the squirrel if it can be looked after properly then released back to the wild

use KMR (purchased at a petstore, it's kitten formula) not milk. do your research to find out how many times a day it needs to be fed & you may have to stimulate it to make it pee or poop...it's mother would. but taking it to a wildlife rescue or sanctuary is by far the best choice.

Call your local vet and explain the situation. We had some babies before, and a rehabilitator took them, and both survived and are safely back in the wild. Please don't try and keep it or let it go!
