She's stalking you? ( A girl?) is stalking you?
Well thats a bit scary sence u both are girls.
Wait, are u sure it's not that may be it's that u and she happens to be at the sameplace st the sametime?
But if it
s not and she really is doing this maybe u should confront her the next time she's around. Ask her what & why is she doing this?
I 'm just trying to understand how is it that a girl stalks another girl. Is theres an outside chance u maybe going with her boyfriend or ex b/f
Or maybe she just shy and like u and she wants to be friends?
Whatever the reason is I hope it doesn't turn into something dangerous.
So ask her whatsup

enjoy the attention as long as she does no harm. at least you are being noticed and someone is interested in you. there are people that would pay good money for that, lol, it feels kinda creepy sometimes, but you will get use to it if it happens all the time. it will pump up your ego if nothing else. I always wander why people that are infatuated would rather be seen as weird than be seen as obcessed. it isn't much of a trade off if you ask me. their extreme fear of rejection keeps them from approaching you. so while you may feel a little uncomfortable, realize the stalker has an ocean of fear inside them. be a good person and approach her and speak to her, you may just make her day and the stalking will end. or you may just like the attention and continue the actions that fuel the fire.

What do you mean "Stalking". Is this person following you around? Always popping up in your face somewhere? Then ask her why is she's doing these things?. Because she lives upstairs, then it could be that she's just accidently bumping into you, time and time again. If you really thinks she a stalker, then put her in her place, and tell her to stop following, watching,or whatever it is that she's doing,or you'll have to take action against her.

You should smile at her, and say, " I love the fact that you're always stalking me. It's so very flattering. I was beginning to think that I wasn't the most important person that ever lived, but you have obliterated that thought completely. If you ever need the best person in the world to do something for, don't bother asking me, I'm too f***ing important!"

stalking, how.. Maybe you are misreading it..
If you really believe she is stalking you. You have a few choices:
1. Talk to her and say you are not interested in kind of relationship w/her (even friendship)
2. Contact the authorities if you think it is that serious!
3. Talk to other people around you and see if this is just 'her' or if she is really just crazy..

What a bunch of idiots. Is sex and/or violence the best way to solve every problem?
First of all everybody is reading more into the question than was asked. These are probably two preteen girls who cross paths a lot because they live in the same building and go to the same school.
If it was a serious problem she would have given us more details like their ages and past encounters. My guess is the alleged stalker is about two years younger than the snob who doesn't want to play with her.

You have to be direct to the person who is bothering you. Shutting the person out of your life is an indirect approach that is destined for failure because the message will very likely fly over their head. Tell her how uncomfortable she makes you feel and remind her that there are laws against stalking. Still, because she is your neighbor, you need to remain civil.

Confront her about it. If she continues call the police and get a restraining order. However before you go to the police you need to write down dates and times and incidents of her stalking you so when you go to the police you have proof.

Talk to her, Ask her what does she want. Why are you stalking me or am I misinterpreting this. Tell her she is making you uncomfortable..
Be nice and smile. Tell her Jesus loves her and you are not into that kind of stuff and move on.. Good luck..
