How do you make symbols like the ♪♥♫◦°°◦°°◦♫♥♪?

I copied and pasted the symbols on the top

By using the high ASCII charters on you keyboard. It is possible that not all the symbols you pasted above can be created this way however you can type ♦ alt+260 on the number pad to get the diamond shape. For a heart ♥ alt+259 on the number key pad. Alt+257 ☺ Alt+258 ☻. Back in early dos programming these upper ASCII characters were used allot to create boxes. Alt+214 ╓ that is a left top corner. Some people even put one or two of these in passwords as it makes it nearly impossible to crack. ☺☻♥♦♣♠•◘○◙♂♀♪╥☼►◄↕ This alt+257 - 274

there is something you can use through "Run" but i forget,also you could go to the character map by going to All Programs,then Accessories, then System tools,then clicking character map,but you probably already knew that,you can also create your own symbols by going to "Run" then type " eudcedit " (w/o quotations) ,There you can make you own symbols, but thats for windows XP, i dont know if it'll work for others, it might,but the easiest way is to just hold Alt, and use the number pad on the right, like Alt + 4268 which makes ¼, you can hold Alt and type as many numbers as you want like Alt + 2 makes ☻ or Alt + 753951 which makes ▼, I hope this has helped you in some way see ya

Don't know where those particular symbols came from, but when you are using a word processing program, or composing email, change the font to Wingdings.

Well you use Wingdings. You have to fool around with it, but all I know is that pressing r w/ Wingdings gets you a sun and t gets you a snowflake!

i don't know but i think you have to press certain keys so they appear when you send it.like those yahoo smiley icon...
