Er, do you mean shoo or shoot? I wouldn't let some strange cat wander in the back door and then have the run of the house. I wouldn't want a dog to use the lawn for his or her business. I would "shoo" them out but not shoot them. Birds would most likely be permitted to stay, even the noisy magpies.

To shoot someone's animal you don't like is illegal. That's when law enforcement or the ASPCA should step in.
We live in a democratic society, where people cannot take matters into their own hands.

Yup...have to do it often in the neighborhood due to the neighbor's dogs....some people shouldn't be allowed to own pets.
