Are we allowed to say "black people"? Isn't that still politically incorrect?
I don't think that it matters what color the person is who's making the fried chicken. If they know what they're doing and it tastes good, I'm not running out to the kitchen to see what color they are! Good cooks come in all colors.
The BEST fried chicken I ever had was in a little restaurant, way out in the country, run by white folks!... in Michigan!

Well, I like Popeyes and going to down home bbq restaurants. I would have to say that as a white person I get some of the strangest looks when I am in the hood.
I guess black?
I have never had a real home cooked fried chicken though.

I think it does depend on who cooks it. Bc In lansing there is this place owned by some Arabs or they are of Indian descent and they have the best chicken in lansing. It went the same way in chicago Il. But I love chicken way over beef and Pork... I love black people chicken over white they tend to use a little ( lot more seasoning) wich alters the taste.

It's probably wrong to answer this question with a straight answer, but I will say black people's chicken. Because it seems that it is a part of their cultural heritage, and since it is, black persons should be pretty good at making chicken...because not only is it chicken, but things like beans and greens which I think is traditional urban fare.

I'm a black female from Georgia and I have to say my fried chicken is pretty darn good. I'm not bragging or anything. I have tasted some white people's fried chicken and it's pretty decent, too. It sorta depends on the person's taste. I like crispy, well-seasoned chicken. Other's like more tender less-seasoned meat.

Well... I've had both and I'd have to say that my neighbor, who is black, makes chicken thousands of times better than the chicken my mother cooks. But then again, she said she used a secret family recipe. It was spicy and cruncy and soooo juicy. I ate so much I thought I'd be sick. Sorry mom, your fried chicken just doesn't compare.

Whoever said KFC make the best chicken is racists towards MSG. Blacks do of course, I bet 1/2 of the people don't even really know.
