I've heard that Ryan Adams, Tyler Hilton and Bethany Joy Lenz (duet), The Corrs and Bono (duet), and Tim McGraw have all recorded this song. But who was first? And who wrote it?

Tim Mcgraw has only co-wortoe a few songs.. he is not a songwriter in the least sense, even though he is a great singer and a great supporter of many things.

It even says on the tim mcgraw website, Alt-Country star Ryan Adams wrote the song
