Rurouni Kenshin is basically romance/comedy, it even says so on the back of them manga. Well, an episode of the anime for it, I think a romance comedy episode for Rurouni Kenshin is episode 66 because it's about Kaoru thinking about Kenshin all day, waiting for him to propose, but when Kenshin gives her a ring accidentally, she thought they really were going to be married. Then the rest tells about Sanosuke and Yahiko trying to get the ring away from Kaoru's hand, it's just very funny! In the end, Kaoru was upset but then Kenshin does something romantic for her. So I think episode 66 is the episode where there's the best comedy and romance.
