why has yahoo let the bots take over the chat rooms the y have ruined yahoo chat i was?

just in a chatroom for local stae with 20 sum users they were all bots that is rediculus

they are lazy . then are not monitoring, at least they have to give powers to some people in each room to control it .. dont you think so ?
