They are both ditzy airheads who have almost no talent. Ashlee Simpson cannot sing and is really ugly, so she is almost as usless as Paris Hilton. Lindsay Lohan is trying to sing but really hasn't got a prayer. And yet, Lindsay Lohan does have a tiny little sliver of acting talent, so if I had to pick which one was most annoying, I would pick Ashlee.

Lindsay Lohan for sure! Her and Paris Hilton are the most annoying celebrities ever. Ashlee Simpson is up there on my annoying list too.

I don't find Lindsay annoying at all. Ashlee is so awkward. You can always tell she's nervous at events and in music videos. The way when she's out somewherre she kind of jerks her head this way, then that...don't know if anyone else ever noticed. And that's just annoying in itself, not to mention she has no talent.

They're both super annoying.
Lindsay-died her hair and changed a lot since The Parent Trap
Ashlee-I saw her on TEENick once and all she did was laugh.Also she died her hair back to blonde only cuz it was groing blonde.
