a sty can be caused by stress alot of pregnant women get them. they dont last long about a wk at most

boil a tea bag and put it in a napkin and put it on your eyes for an hour if that does not work contact a doctor.

yeah lack of sleep and vitamins that's eating the right foods you might also be run down. Bathe it with warm water.........................................
