I've been a fan of these games since I was a little girl, crazy about Maradona and Ronaldo. Now I'm an adult and I'm still crazy about the games, and players like Beckham, Shaka Hislop and Ronaldinho.

with a batallion of new generation in football world like kaka of brazil, wayne rooney of england, lionel messi of argentina, and not to forget the experienced players like ronaldinho(which is the best player at d moment), and suprises may arise from underdog team(ecuador and trinidad and tobago) this 2006 world cup promise us nothing but excitement!

Oh, absolutely!! I love them. On a global scale, this thing is way, way bigger than the Olympics. It's hard to notice in America, since soccer isn't such a big thing here. In the rest of the world, it's soccer fever time and people won't talk about anything else for the next month. It's so exciting.
My favorite players would definitely be Ronaldihno, Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaka, Ronaldo, and Pele, even if that was a long time ago.

Yes it is!!! It's not just the game but the way people come together for it. I don't even see this kind of bonding during the Olympics. World leaders should learn to settle their differences with football matches I say.
My faves - Shaka Hislop, Dwight Yorke, Russell Latapy, Christopher Birchall and Beckham...I'm a wee bit biased, can't you tell? ^_^

Yes football is the best sport and not that stupid american football, it sucks and is boring as hell. Football rules the world and the only country that hasn't gotten into it is the united states, they still want to be individuals and have a game where all they do is jump on top of each other.

It is a good sport and awfully easy to give into the WC fever when more than half the world is talking about it . I love the sheer energy of it. The matches,players and fans alike.
