Likely they have clogged lymph glands. There is an herb called Lobelia that can help cleanse the lymph system - could probably fast for a day or 2 with nothing but water, juice and broth to allow all of the systems of the body to relax and cleanse.
There are also some deodorants that you can get a Whole Foods that have enzymes in them, that can help.

Because they don't use hot enough water or soap. It could also be there diet. When they sweat the toxins seep thru their skin. They probably need a good colon cleanse. Show them this: www.Oxypowder.com it gets rid of the old impacted stuff and is not habit forming. If you react to frequent allergens, this stuff works, as health begins in the colon. He should use antiperspirant instead of just plain deodorant.

with some people they may still stink from food or beverages that they have injested and it's coming out of their pores.
Body odor, Bromhidrosis or body odour is the smell of bacteria growing on the body. These bacteria multiply considerably in the presence of sweat, but sweat itself is almost totally odorless. Body odor is associated with the hair, feet, crotch (upper medial thigh), anus, skin in general, breasts, armpits, genitals and pubic hair.
Body odor is specific to the individual (except for identical twins in the same environment), and can be used to identify people, though this is more often done by dogs than by humans. An individual's bodily odor is also influenced by diet, gender, genetics, health, medication, occupation, and mood. 17th century Japanese encountering Europeans for the first time found their odor particularly strong, and likened it to the smell of butter, assigned the name bata-kusai (roughly meaning "stinks of butter") to visiting Europeans at the time. Believe it or not - I know someone who takes a shower everyday, puts on deodorant everyday, but does not put on fresh clothes all the time. That is - they wore a shirt last week, but since there's no stain they didn't wash it. I guess they think a week is enough to air something out. But sometimes it's not.

They could have an illness, such as cancer. I personally know someone who has a peculiar odor. Maybe it's from the massive chemo. It's basically a type of poison. Maybe the just sweat it, the way an alcoholic sweats and smells like liquor.

Maybe because they work in a job that stinks and they have this permanent odor on them. Or maybe they didn't really wash in the bath, or didn't bath at all.

it may be the foods that they eat. they could soak in baking soda water and then try other bath soaks. they may need to change their brand of soap and deodorant. maybe taking several baths a day could help wear off the smell. if they have tried different things, maybe they should consult a physician.

This is because of the toxins in your body, this is why a lot of people do the colon cleansing and body flushes. Toxins are bacteria brought on by bad eating habits as well as many other things.

It could be a disease (should be checked out asap) or it could be their diet. When new ethnic groups come to the US it's frequently thought that they "stink" because their diet causes a certain body smell. (Of courses they don't think they stink. ) Over time and thanks to McDonalds and Starbucks they begin to smell just like the masses.
