It appears that iTunes sees my parents computer when they open iTunes? They are only connected via internet with a router, and my computer is connected directly to that router. I've turned off Sharing on both my computer and their computer. However, it appears that my brother has MSN Messenger installed. Could that be what is causing it to "share" his playlist on my computer? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

iTunes has its own sharing preferences (under preferences). Make sure that is turned off and not just sharing in the computer's system preferences.

It is not msn if you go to I tunes click on edit>preferences go to sharing on the little tabs at the top of the box and un-click on both computers sharing and look for shared music that should solve the problem but if it doesn't then you can at least set a password from that same box that will keep other people from your music.
