You may feel weak for a few hours after donating blood so any activity that may take some "energy" may cause you to feel even weaker and cause fainting. Wait at least a day or so if you are feeling weak, if not 6-12 hours should be safe for you.

It should be okay if you give yourself a little time to recoup and try drinking some oj and have a few cookies. I wouldn't go workout for at least a gour or two you may get dizzy. Especially since this is your 1st time and you are not sure how your body will react. Also do a light workout.

I don't know, but I don't think donating blood has anything to do with that.

if you are a male you should avoid it (the time is individually connected with your body constitution/metabolism)to minimize the time CONSUME A LOT OF WATER(12 GLASSES PER DAY) If you are a female the sex only will help you fasten the blood recovery.Good luck!

Well they generally tell you not to engage in strenuous activity (i think sex would qualify) so maybe a few hours. Make sure you are well hydrated also.

Look at it this way - after getting a prick in the arm, it's gotta be OK to get a prick in the hand. Go for it and see what happens.

Absolutely NOT. You will pass out, and the needle might come lose and poke someone. That is very dangerous.
