contact your service provider they have investigation units who liaise with the police - the same happened to me and the perpertrator now regrets his actions

Text back saying that the phone is now being monitored by the police who are able to track the incoming abusive texts and that they should listen for the door bell really soon as they will be coming round to arrest them for harassment. That's only if you can return them if you have a number.

Otherwise try changing your number I know it is a pain in the *** but at least you will be able to give your new number to only people you know and trust.

Save them, and report them to the company that you use the line tarrif with. Secondly, go to the Police and report it. Thirdly, log them all, with time, date, and what they said.

Then when you got quiet a lot of history logged on your book, then take it to the police who didn't take you seriously and they'll have to do something.

some mail has a spam blocker, categorize the email as spam. or, some email application allows you to set 'rules', you can create such rule:
- all email which the 'from' address is blank, or if name is not in contact list, move to trash automatically

Call your service provider and ask them to put a block on the number, you can also report it to the police
