What kind of style is best?

I am bored with the style I have please tell me what kind of style you like!

What style do you have? If you want to change it up a bit, go window shopping. When you see a couple of things paired together that you like, then buy. Don't be afraid of color and texture. Add in some delicate fabrics like lace for a sensual emphasis. Go for a nice magenta to emerald green top to pop out of your wardrobe.

But honestly, it depends on what you want to do.

My style changes between what I like to call romantic, urban punk, and streamlined.

Romantic would entail incorporating lots of lace, skirts, boots, gloves, scarves, etc, with colors like black, white, rose, antique shades. For makeup you might wear burgundy, purple, or a dark pinkish red rose for eyeliner applied lightly, paired with a light pink shimmer or clear gloss, and dark mascara that is not too dramatic.

Urban punk would be something like Pharrell from the Neptunes would wear if he was a girl. Lots of jeans, sneakers like vans rather than Nikes, lots of chucks taylors, matrix boots, jean or corduroy skirts, navy blue or green stockings, paired with cute mostly screen printed tops with anime characters and crazy colors. Anything that could match with but does not have to be paired with Bape (bathing ape) but you wouldn't necessarily see in a rap video. Oh and I forgot, hats, beanies, headwear is a must. This look is kind of crazy but when items are paired together it looks very cool. It takes some training to get this style down because one item can ruin the whole look for you.

Streamlined would be considered I guess elegant wear you can wear to a really nice dinner party. Think an updated pachuca/1920s look with crisp shirts, tailored close fitting jackets and skirts, pinstripes, wide leg/boy fitted trousers, no wrinkles anywhere to be seen. You can top it of with a nice panama hat in a women's fedora style or an updated flapper style cap if you want to use headwear. This look incorporates masculine elements but with a definite feminine touch. I don’t wear this too often because its too dramatic for everyday wear. But when you want to get noticed and your out for a great night on the town I would suggest this style. For make up I would use a heavy but thinly placed black or gray ( if you can pull it off use silver) eyeliner, a natural eye shadow color that really pops out your eyes, and a dramatic mascara. GUESS makes a lot of pieces that fall in line with this style as well as the romantic style.

I like natural, current, young, non-superficial, girl next door combined with a little edge, with an emphasis on little.

A fresh scrubbed face
A bit of mascara, blush, and lip gloss
pair of good fitting pants or whatever
cute classic top...not overly trendy, and no like you took it out of Brittney's drawer.
Dressed for the occasion AND the weather at hand.
Age appropriate
A little highlighting goes a long way.
no excess fragrance
A big smile and a pleasant attitude.
