i have heard of "Pilates" many times and i heard it is good for you or something, but what is it? is it easy? can i do it? how? help. thanks!

its a form of yoga, sorta a mix between that and regular working out. theres a couple different kinds. different stretches that you hold but you use weights and do some pretty hard workout. it is incredibly good for you and its fun. its hard at first, but you can buy a book or a video or evevn take a class. if your in shape you shouldnt have a hard time with it. you should try it

It good for you but i think that people should just go outside and run and eat a balanced diet. That is the best way to get the pounds off!
