Helllllll no!! USA sucks at soccer, soccer is a europeans man's game. So dont count on it. Italy, Portugal and England all the WAY!!!!!

to whoever is rambling about brazil being the best and so on.. i believe the question was about advancing to the second round. So maybe if Brazil were in the US group, your answer would make some sense, but Brazil has no control over the US advancing to the second round. However, Czech is a great team and we will find out soon whether the US can hold their own :)

This group seems very difficult for the Sam's Army. I think that the US will give a fight but I dout they'll pass but by watching previous games like T&T vs. Sweeden then I can think that the US will gane couple of points in the group. I don't think that the United States will beat Italy or Czech. Rep. I hope that the Us scores but i dout that they will pass. They only depend on players like ; Donovan, Reyna,Beastly,and McDride SO NO THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT TO THE KNOCK OUT STAGE.

Maybe. They are on a hard group but they are pretty skilled. We'll have to wait and see how they perform. I really doubt they'll get past the second round though.

I would say so, the past 3 world cups USA have went one better than they did the last world cup they played in. They made it to the last 16, then the next world cup they made it to the quatre finals then in japan and south korea they made it to the semi finals so you never know plus its the world cup anything can happen apart from england winning the tournament.

i know few brand written made in the us but soccer is for brazil u remember people who died in them macarana after brazil lost to urugauy god declared the soccer becose is like religion in brazil, camon guys dont b jelas brazil will win
for US to win they must first have a ****** president then they can win the world cup
