Drink tea or even plain hot water or milk with honey
Mix honey and lemon juice together and drink
Use a vapourizer or humidifier in your bedroom.

Go to your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist if they sell ALKALOL, (not alcohol), it's a saline gargle/nasal rinse. It has menthol and camphor in a saline solution which cleanses and cools. It works really well, but most people have never heard of it. It isn't a prescription medicine, but because not alot of people are buying it it will most likely be stored behind the prescription counter and not out with the cold remedies.

i do not know is this is natural but if you gargle with hydrogen pyoxide it can kill basteria. then use honey and lemon juice to gargle. the hoaney and lemon should be melted into warm water.
salt and water also can help as a gargle. germs die in salt water

I would suggest to gargle with warm salty water w/vinegar in it often. It's nasty, but it helps. Hope you feel better soon. Oh, also drink plenty of fluids.
