i couldn't really tell you that much but i can tell you that the island is supposed to be a genetic testing island for animals. Micheal turned his back on his friends to get Walt back so he turned them over to the others and jack could have stopped this i hope i helped or made sense for you.

If we could explain it then we wouldn't be anxious for season 3 to start. They don't want you to know. Thats what keeps you coming back for more.
